UK Beach Tour Membership
These Terms & Conditions ("terms") apply to all UK Beach Tour (UKBT) products offered by the UKBT which is purchased via The UKBT website. Please read the terms carefully before making a purchase. Once a purchase has been made, you will be bound by the contract of these terms.

You can contact the UKBT if you have queries in relation to your membership or for any other reason on email info@ukbeachtour.com
Your Membership
By filling out a UKBT Membership sign up form and clicking the “Register” button, you are submitting a request to purchase a UKBT membership. All memberships are subject to acceptance by the UKBT.
At the point your membership is confirmed, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and the UKBT on these Terms. The Agreement is always conditional on payment being authorised by your bank.
You agree that your information will be shared to your designated National Governing Body or tournament organiser and both have permission to contact you. Should you wish to know how/why this information is shared, please feel free to get in touch.
The UKBT reserve the right to deny anybody a UKBT membership. If a player is denied a membership, a full refund will be given.
Event Entry
By filling out an entry form and clicking the “Submit” button, you are submitting a request to enter into a UKBT event that is directly managed by UKBT. All entries are subject to acceptance by the UKBT.
At the point your entry has been submitted, a legally binding agreement is formed between you and the UKBT on these Terms. The Agreement is always conditional on payment being authorised by your bank.

Grand Slams

The booker can cancel their entry prior to the confirmed entry list date, by emailing info@ukbeachtour.com and will receive a full refund.

The booker has 48 hours after the confirmed entry list date to cancel their entry, by emailing info@ukbeachtour.com and will receive a full refund.

If a booker cancels their entry after the 48 hours after the confirmed entry list date, they will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and there is a team/player on the waiting list to directly replace them.

Within 48 hours of the tournament, under no circumstances will the Booker receive a refund.

Junior & Club Championships

The booker can cancel their entry up to 14 days before the event, by emailing info@ukbeachtour.com and will receive a full refund.

If a booker cancels their Activity within 14 days of the event, they will not receive a refund unless the tournament is full and there is a team/player on the waiting list to directly replace them.
