MSP Capital Return as Headline Sponsor for the 2025 Bournemouth Grand Slam Finals

We are delighted to announce MSP Capital are returning for another year as the official headline sponsor of the 2025 Bournemouth Grand Slam Finals, taking place from 5–7 September right next to the iconic Bournemouth Pier.

The Bournemouth Grand Slam is one of the standout moments of the UK Beach Tour season, bringing together the best teams in the country to battle it out for the title of UK Champion. As the second Grand Slam of the summer and the final major event of the season, it promises to wrap up the year with a bang, bringing world-class beach volleyball to Bournemouth’s seafront.

Rachel Bartlett, MSP Capital’s Head of Marketing & People, shared her excitement for the new partnership, “This is an ideal opportunity to watch elite players in action and build on our already successful annual beach volleyball championships. These provide great fun and motivation for amateur players while benefiting local charities. Now, our sponsorship of the Bournemouth Grand Slam gives us a further platform to encourage sporting people to progress.”

MSP Capital has a strong connection to the Dorset community and an impressive track record of supporting sport and outdoor pursuits at every level. Through their community committee, they have partnered with AFC Bournemouth men’s and women’s teams, top competitive clay pigeon shooter Chris Morgan, and, of course through their annual beach volleyball championships in aid of two local hospice charities.

This charity tournament, held on Bournemouth beach the day before the Grand Slam begins, sees teams from across Dorset businesses compete in a lively day of fundraising for Julia’s House and Lewis-Manning Hospice Care. Since its launch in 2022, the event has raised more than £40,000 for the two charities. Taking place the day before the Grand Slam Tournament, MSP Capital’s involvement in both the charity competition and the Grand Slam highlights their commitment to giving back to the community while supporting the growth of the sport.

Bartlett explained how this partnership reflects MSP Capital’s wider values, “All these activities benefit the community in different ways. Our partnership on the Grand Slam is an example of our commitment to foster the talents of people who begin as grassroots athletes and seek opportunities to thrive at the highest levels.”
