The UKBT Club Championships are back, and this year promises to be more thrilling than ever. Hosted on the stunning Sandbanks Beach, this event brings together beach volleyball clubs from all across the UK for a weekend of intense competition and club pride. It's the only event where clubs compete as unified teams, battling for the prestigious title of UK Club Champions. With divisions catering to all skill levels, this is your chance to shine on the sand and contribute to your club’s glory.
The event is divided into two main divisions:
Championship Division (Male & Female)
Trophy Division (Male, Female & Mixed)
The Trophy Division offers a unique and inclusive competitive experience. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, this division provides an excellent platform to showcase your skills and every team will help earn ranking points to help crown your club as the UK Champion!
The entry fee is £35 per team per tournament, with the entry deadline set for 31st May 2024. Teams can register via the UKBT website, and club eligibility will be verified to ensure fair play. Single Gender pairs compete on the Saturday, where they can earn 3 Star ranking points, and on Sunday, mixed pairs take to the sand, for 2 Star ranking points. Points will be awarded based on team finishes, contributing to your club’s overall standing. Points from the highest and lowest-ranked teams, as well as an average of the remaining results in Division 2, will determine the Club Champions.
